What Happens During a Visit to Our Practice?

July 3, 2020 By Jaffer Barlas, Seattle Chiropractor

Bottom Line:

Most of the time, going to a new doctor isn’t exactly what you would call a good time. You might actually call it a pain in the neck because it can be so stressful under the best of circumstances. In fact, you may just learn to live with your physical pain until it finally gets worse than the emotional toll of going to the doctor.

If that sounds familiar… you’re not alone, and you should know that our practice is different. We have a simple process that will help you find relief and see results quickly, without any unnecessary stress.

Why it Matters:

It’s entirely counterproductive to be stressed at a doctor’s office. Increased stress can decrease your ability to heal yourself. In our practice, you can let go of your stress, knowing we have a simple 3-step process that will help you find both relief and results like improved function and enhanced performance.

First, we begin by reviewing your history and symptoms, and then we follow that up with a physical examination that lets us narrow down the exact cause of your pain and abnormal movement patterns. Finally, we work with you to develop an action plan. This individualized care plan is designed to help you achieve both your short and long-term health goals.

  • Our simple, streamlined procedures allow you to quickly and easily get the care you need for the results you want.
  • Our three steps process – history, examination, and recommended action plan – is individualized to meet your health goals.
  • We believe in inspiring better health in our community. You’re invited to join our health tribe on Facebook and wake up to our daily dose of inspiration and more.

Next Steps:

The only thing more stressful than being in pain is trying to find a solution for it. We believe you’ll see that our practice is a great place to find stress-free relief and results. What’s more, we believe you’ll see that healthcare can (and should) be easy, effective, and dare we say, fun! As a member of our health tribe, we’ll also invite you to join us on Facebook so you can start each day with our daily dose of inspiration and more. Why not connect with us and start today?!

I love to help people reduce pain, improve mobility, and safely speed recovery.  I use light chiropractic adjustments, Active Release Technique soft tissue therapy, Graston Technique soft tissue therapy, and therapeutic exercise to help people feel and function their best!

Call us today at 206-954-7479 and we would be happy to provide a full evaluation and help you take the first steps on the road to great health.
